President and CEO

Charice F. Williams is President and Chief Executive Officer.  She is an educator, community service advocate and entrepreneur.  As a member of the Emergency Preparedness team in Washington, DC, she has participated in AmeriCorps’ training and workshops.  Charice is a member of the MRC (Medical Reserve Corps) which is a national network group engaged in local communities to strengthen public health and improve preparedness and response capabilities. Wearing several hats, she is also the President/CEO of The Williams Group.

Vice President and COO

Timothy B. Williams is VP and Chief Operating Officer. He has over 20 years experience in government contracting.  His expertise includes  positions such as, Program Manager for US  Special Operations Contracts in Afghanistan.  He has sold to date over One Million PPE products in the Republic of South Korea and Hong Kong. 

Vice President and CBO

David J. Williams is VP and Chief Business Officer. He is a retired Project Management Professional from the aerospace industry. He specialized in the operations and maintenance of research facilities. Most of his career was spent at NASA Glen Research Center as a Project/Program Manager.
